Our Program
Structure That Supports. Rules That Protect.
Jackson House is more than a place to stay — it's a program built around the habits, accountability, and community that make recovery last.
What to Expect
When you move into Jackson House, you're joining a structured sober living environment designed to bridge the gap between treatment and independent living. Our program gives residents the tools, routines, and support they need to rebuild their lives with confidence.
Program Requirements
Commitment to Sobriety
All residents must maintain complete abstinence from alcohol and drugs. Random drug and alcohol testing is conducted regularly.
Attend Recovery Meetings
Residents are required to attend a minimum of 3 recovery meetings per week (AA, NA, or equivalent) and provide proof of attendance.
Employment or Active Treatment
All residents must be actively employed, enrolled in school, or participating in an outpatient treatment program within 30 days of move-in.
Household Responsibilities
Each resident is assigned weekly chores to maintain the cleanliness and order of the house. A clean home supports a clear mind.
Timely Rent Payment
Rent is due on the 1st of each month. A grace period of 3 days is allowed. Consistent late payment may result in discharge.
Work With a Sponsor
Residents are strongly encouraged to obtain a sponsor within the first 30 days and actively work a 12-step or equivalent program.
A Day at Jackson House
Routine is the backbone of recovery. Here's what a typical weekday looks like.
Morning
Wake up, personal hygiene, breakfast. Start the day with intention.
Daily Obligations
Work, school, or outpatient treatment. Residents are expected to be productive during daytime hours.
Chores & Downtime
Complete assigned household chores, then enjoy personal time — reading, exercise, or connecting with housemates.
Dinner
Shared meals are encouraged. Community happens around the table.
Meetings & Check-ins
Attend recovery meetings or house check-ins. This is the heart of the program.
Curfew
All residents must be home by 10:00 PM on weeknights. Weekend curfew is 11:00 PM.
House Rules
These rules exist to protect every resident's recovery and maintain a safe, respectful home.
Zero tolerance for substances
No alcohol, drugs, or drug paraphernalia on the premises. Violation results in immediate discharge.
Guest policy
Guests are permitted in common areas only, between 10 AM and 8 PM. No overnight guests.
No violence or threats
Physical or verbal aggression toward any resident or staff will result in immediate discharge.
Phone and device use
Personal devices are permitted. However, phone use is restricted during house meetings and shared meals.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. Respect your housemates' rest.
Respect shared property
Treat the house and all shared spaces with care. Damage to property is the financial responsibility of the resident.
