About Us

Built by People Who Understand Recovery.

Jackson House was founded on a simple belief: that everyone deserves a safe, supportive place to rebuild their life. We've been that place for the Los Angeles community since 2010.

How we started

Our Story

Jackson House began as a single home in Los Angeles, opened by a small group of people in recovery who knew firsthand how hard the transition from treatment to independent living could be. They'd seen too many people leave treatment with nowhere safe to go — and too many of those people relapse within weeks.

What started as one house has grown into a trusted program that has helped hundreds of men and women find their footing in sobriety. The mission has never changed: provide a structured, accountable, and genuinely caring environment where recovery can take root.

Every decision we make — from the house rules to the way we welcome new residents — comes back to that original intention. We're not just a place to sleep. We're a community built around lasting change.
